[Daily Photo] Windmill public art in DC / 華盛頓特區的風車裝置藝術

I took this photo in Washington DC. I saw these beautiful windmill sculptors right after getting out of Smithsonian Metro Station. The building on the background is the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

This photo of an old windmill was taken at Domino's Petting Farm (in Ann Arbor, Michigan) using my telephoto lens. This windmill was not working, and obviously it was a good place for birds to rest.

[Daily Photo] Sapphire Pool in the Biscuit Basin, Yellowstone / 黃石公園的Sapphire Pool

I took this photo in Biscuit Basin, Yellowstone National Park. The hot spring in this photo is Sapphire Pool. Just as its name says, the center of the pool has a deep blue color. I remembered when I was walking on the boardwalk beside some hot springs, sometimes the hot steam blew toward me, so I had to dodge the steam to protect my camera. It was really a memorable experience.

We have warm spring weather this week. I went to the Central Campus of the University of Michigan for a workshop. I took this photo on my way home. This square is called Ingalls Mall. The building in this photo is Michigan League. The two sculptures on the roof of Michigan League are figures of "CHARACTER" and "FRIENDSHIP" from Nellie Verne Walker. The bronze sculpture in the fountain at the front of this photo is SUNDAY MORNING IN DEEP WATERS from Carl Milles.

This photo was taken in front of the University of Michigan Museum of Art at night. Although the inside of the museum was closed at night, the exhibition by an American sculptor, Mark di Suvero was still open to the outside.

[Daily Photo] Rothenburg outside the window / 窗外的羅騰堡

I was in the city hall of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany with my friends. We were on our way to the top of the town hall tower. Then I saw this interesting window on the staircase with a beautiful city view. I took this photo quickly and then keep going up to the top of the town hall tower.
